My associate put a bid into the State University of NY
And they accepted it.
The later called back to rescind their acceptance due to the business not being incorporated.
Is that discrimination?

Was being an incorporated business a condition of bid acceptance? I've seen wierder things written into bid documents.....sometimes just for the sole purpose of eliminating certain undesirable bidders.

Not saying you or your associate are undesirable bidders but I have seen it before.

Doc - don't they have their "own" electricians for in house/small work?

I thought the "at large" contracts were for new/from the ground up and large retrofits?

I did a FA job a few years ago in one of the science buildings.....

I just spent a week there with my family the first of this month, I am so glad I live in the land of fruits and nuts.
Im only here for the work, otherwise I would have ran from this liberal sh#thole long ago.
