I thought Engineering Technology was a 2 year degree? Either way, you've got a lot on your plate man, I envy guys like you lol.
They have two year engineering technology degrees but those qualify you to be a technician not a technologist.

Ah, gotcha. Didn't realize there was a difference.
The 4 year degree has more advanced math, but not as advanced as what engineers take, and more hands on classes.

Basically, engineers learn theory and end up making more on average, EET (4 year) students learn more hands on application and make less than a lot of engineers, but 70,000 a year isn't a bad salary.

I like hands on so I switched to EET.
