Hi in quebec we have this building code exemption so we can use some unlisted (not csa or UL) equipment without problem

i have sell hundreds of low power equipement (less than 100va and less than 30v, not lightning) in quebec since this is legal, but now my client want to install them in NY but not sure it would be legal there
i have tried to find such a rule but i didn't found
