I found it with some digging, and then came back to this thread to post too late.
To be fair, he does wiggle the breaker a little bit to get the arc going, and even an approved breaker could do that from a manufacturing defect or mishandling. Still just a good idea to use the types listed on the sticker inside the door of the panelboard.Well.... that pretty much sums it up!
I edited my post, especially after scrutiny of the panning in the video when he starts wiggling the breaker.Funny thing is that the wrong brand of breakers isn't why it failed. That is how Siemens breakers fail in their own panels.
