One that I work for has a real POS project manager. On one job he screwed up the plumbing budget. The plumber ended up selling a new boiler as an extra. He told the GC $7k. The GC sold it to the customer for double. Different job, different plumber... He didn't have to upsize the main drain so he tells the GC there's an $1100 credit. The gc says awesome, make sure you don't mention it to the customer because we're not telling him. F'ing thieves.

GC: Hey we finished framing the changes, I need you out here tomorrow to fix the things I broke, we are drywalling in 4 days.

~3 weeks later~

GC: can you come back out here and add a few lights and dedicated circuits? Insulation is going in tomorrow morning.

~7 days later~

GC: What the **** are all these extras on your bill?!?!?!?!

I've been on resi jobs where the electrical budget would put many commercial projects to shame. Remember, the rich people like to spend that money trying to fill there life with meaning!:whistling2:
