I am in need of some help, for 4 months I've been having spikes and sags in my voltage through some of the circuit in my house (some are not affected.) But the sags go as low as 37 volts, and spikes over 213 volts. I've checked everything I could check, replaced ground rod, its now 10 feet deep in the ground instead of 6. I've also replaced receptacles, breakers, and thoroughly checked the wiring for skinned areas and continuity. My power company says they put a recorder on my house and they cannot see ANY of what I am seeing, yet my UPS for my computers records it. I have blown out 7 power supplies due to this that is why I invested in a Battery Backup system, to condition the incoming voltage. What else could be wrong or could I check to rid myself of this issue. I am honestly about to just run entirely new circuits and branch out for the front of my home.
