For strictly residential work the $50 month would be better off spent elsewhere. In my area I might see 3-4 jobs listed per month in a busy month, less than 1 per month in my service area. Most seem like service call or home inspection report corrections.
Might be ok for commercial work bidding.
Haven't seen a lead from Contractors.com in 6 months or more.
i used bid clerk and its alrigth to for the amount of leads that are available compare to the amount of contractors subscribed is outrages, i called a lead which already had 20 bids from bidclerk, i just passed on it instead, so the competition is fierce but it does get leads
