I have seen a lot of cobbled messes on residential but not once have I seen a panel quite like this in a MN house.
A 3 phase panel being utilized for single phase?

Is the 100 amp breaker the main or is there not one? Can't really tell.

. A 3 phase panel board that's obviously missing a leg to A phase , yet breakers are in A's position ? There's probably more , but this is what stood out to me the most , lol .
