Electric chainsaw and either the boxes made by Ipex or I normally use the fiberglass ones with the metal tab. (I think they're Slater) Hold the box up the height you want it, make sure it's against the tie, tap the box to make and imprint, and cut it out. There's a thread somewhere on here dealing with this issue.
