Fixed wiring tests - UK

Can anyone tell me if fixed wiring tests include the inspection & testing of three phase motors and starting equipment, or does it only cover building services, eg lighting, sockets, etc.

Fixed wiring tests are as the name suggests - fixed wiring.. No equipment is included.
