Does anyone have a flat rate book they would like to share?
I've been charging a flat rate for years but I just make up the prices per job based on what I think the customer won't complain about. I Need to get more consistent.

Hey sparky I use aptora (used to be mr.hvac) easy to use
I Use Rs Means They Also Have It On Cd For Computer.
