A flexible cable contains 8 current-carrying conductors. What is the ampacity limit for this cable if the rating for a cable of the same type with no more than three conductors is 20 amps?

I looked at table 400.5 and I don't know where to look for this answer. I am lost.
I'll give you a hint- ( the bold is the hint)
You are in the correct code section. You can't just look at the table and expect to find the answer. You need to READ THE CODE SECTION
The answer is there and it is written almost word for word as the question.

Time for some teaching ;
Stop and think about what the question is asking you for. Wire size ? insulation type ? Ampacity?

Not trying to be a pain in the A$$ here, but rather teach a young mind how to use the code book to locate the answer
