Just realized recently how important doing lighting energy rebates as part of the fit-out, helps my bid look better.

This last project we bid, we got them $5600 in credits they didn't know they had coming.

Offices, tear out 48 4 bulb t-12, install 50 t-8's. 20 2x2, and 30 2x4.
Warehouse, out with 16 1000W mh, and in with 18 t5 with occ sensors.

You replaced 16 1000 watt MH with 18-6 lamp T5's? That doesn't make lumen sense. Was it way over lit before?

Way underlit when I saw it. The MH look like they were on their last leg, and the prismatics were ugly yellow and brittle..
