I have a 120v GE Advantium oven (microwave/convection/halogen speed cook) that intermittently trips a Square D HOM120DF breaker. I swapped the breaker with an identical breaker in the load panel with no change. The breaker seems to trip only in certain cooking modes, Speed Cook for example.

I gather these breakers are known to be too sensitive. What is the best solution for this issue. The GE oven is brand new.

Did you measure how much current it is drawing when it trips?
