Hi,

I am looking to install a OTA Antenna outside my house but do not have a good place to ground it. My back yard is all concrete and the only dirt I have is a planter that is about 2-3 ft deep. I do have a water hose close by. Can I use a cold water ground clamp to ground to the water pipe? Is there any other options?

Grounding to the water pipe may work if the pipes are grounded and no one changes the pipes to plastic.... You need to get an electrician and have him ground it back to the panel.
