**Hanging 3 ring binder for service log

Hey guys,

I have a service customer that has requested a hanging 3 ring binder to house and organize ELS service logs. Customer wants the binder to hang from Lighting Panel. Do you see any issues with this. Code or just plain poor workmanship.

I was thinking maybe anchoring a separate eye hook to accept a caribeener clip attached to jack chain.

if attached to the LP what would you suggest for mounting methods.
