Good catch. Yeah from top to bottom this was a disaster. Those breakers were loose as all get out on that Homeline.

Before I scrolled down past the picture, I didn't see it for a full second, and then I double taked on it and says "holy cow, that thar is a emt strap for a neutral lug..... LOL.......

I have got to say something in regards to this wondrous hack job. For the last two years it was horrible trying to piece together electrical jobs due to scarcity of circuit breakers, panels, various goodies. Maybe this was a right in the middle of lockdown type of job, with extra pleading by the homeowner to please help fix some other problem than this one at the same location......

If that was the case , I'm giving Cletus a pass this time.....
