My name's Dave I am 20, and currently serve in the Royal Navy, as a sonar operator, onboard submarines.
I am looking at submitting my notice ASAP (Next Jan) and leaving to become an electrician.
What I am really interested to know is, what is the best way to go about this?
I have been to see the learning center on base, and they basically have washed their hand's of helping me. I think it's to try and scare me into staying in. (Yes things are that bad!) I've looked into distance learning courses, but what courses are best, and valued more?
