I like the first 4 in your last post. I would change the 3/E to simply an E on the first two of those.

A logo should be something simple and easy to read...the first two of your first post are not IMO.

True, but it needs to identify your product or service, instantly.

If you live in a place called Electric City, TX, and you drove around with that logo, I would assume that was a township truck, not an Electrical Contractor.

The name and logo don't go well together IMO.

It really depends on your market. I used to think big fancy logos were a waste of money..but I have changed my veiws on that... I had my two trucks done and have been told by customers they got me from my truck. One was a generator job.
But if your a specialized contractor (like brian or bbq) or a big union guy, it probably doesnt matter what is on your trucks...the work will find you...
I like the plain electric city but I think you should add electrical contractor somewhere in there..
