just listen to the news in South Bend. They all pronounce it "I"Pulaski with a long e is the only way I've ever heard it pronounced in my part of Indiana. Just like the Polish General it is named after.

We have Hoosiers who are pronunciation challenged. Several in my family refer to the next state west of us as Illi-noise and a state north of us as Westconsin. (spellcheck loved that one)
