A space in a building for living, sleeping, eating or cooking, or used as a home occupation. Bathrooms, toilet rooms, closets, halls, storage or utility spaces and similar areas are not considered habitable spaces.
I love that term - "non - habitable crawlspace".
They actually have to specify that. What a joke.
Someday I want to get a call from someone who says "Hello, I would like a light in my crawlspace, please..." then go in there and see a bed, a nightstsand, some books, and a small battery operated TV set.
