25 years in the trade does not necessarily equate to much time bending pipe. Maybe you need to clear this up if he's a new-hire. I've worked along side some incredibly otherwise qualified men who couldn't bend pipe very well at all. Just depends on where you've been parked at for 25 years.

This guys been working for the company for ten years.
Here in northern Illinois pipe is required in most installations, residential and commercial.

I sent these guys home early and changed it myself! i should post before and after pictures.

Yes, I didn't notice that you're from the Chicago area. No excuse, in that case. Just a case of the "Friday I want to go home", or the "I'm fighting with the wife and I couldn't care less".

um wow...25 years huh...Kinda like the guy that a company that I used to for for hired...been in the trade 25 years, We were in a new build multifloor apt, 3 phase system entering building, he pulled single phase colors w/no numbers

it's a scientific fact that 94.3% of the guys in this trade stop learning anything (except a little by osmosis) after their 4th year.

If they ain't learned it by then, they will never care enough to learn it later...
