Ideal Sure Test Analyzer

Anybody have any experience using the Ideal Sure Test Analyzer?
Seems like basic troubleshooting skills and a DMM may be all that is really needed. Is is worth the money? ($350).
What are its advantages?

After 100+ panels on a campus you would have to pry it from my cold dead hands.
