does anyone know of a box made for installing a receptacle bellow grade. I have a customer, a local park, that is requesting this. It would need to be able to be "in use". I thought about using an under ground pull box or something similar. I'm looking for the safest, code compliant way to do the install. Otherwise I'm going to have to tell them it's garden post time!:whistling2:

It WILL fill with water unless you install some sort of sump or drainage system. Why not above grade? What will be plugged in?

Get one of those expoxy cement ug boxes with open bottom , set it in about a foot a gravel as a drain .
Stub up your PVC into the bottom , set your wp gfi on it.

That's how we did field outlets in the turf in a stadium . Works ok , yes it's damp in there but usually does not flood ( now if you have a tropical storm , that's another story ... )
