Pretty simple and straightforward in Texas. Just make sure you form some sort of legal entity, more than a DBA, to provide a "shield" for you and your family.

Thanks. I have been doing electrical work for about 20 years for other people now I am trying to figure out pricing T & M and/or straight forward bid. Possibly hiring a helper.
