Okay, I deal with a really good renovation contractor who has an interior designer on the team. She is building a small showroom/office and I will be able to show off a few electrical upgrades. Keep in mind it isn't very big. She will be mocking up a kitchen so I will be putting in some nice LED undercabinet lighting (I like the Rab product), a USB receptacle, maybe some Aspire cover plates and some sexy cable lighting. The ceiling won't allow for recessed lighting but we will be making a display board for various trims.

What I m really interested in is a lead-in to home automation, even if it's just a smart switch on the wall as a conversation starter.

This girl knows how to sell so it could lead to some nice upsells.

Any ideas?

I don't know if you use Lutron but depending on what you want to put in or show you may be able (depending on relationships with) get some displays from a supplier or supply house. I know a while ago one of my guys hooked me up with some for a small expo. Most of it was brochures but he gave me some demo stuff too.
It might lead into a win win for both if you and also the designer.
