Oddly enough, I worked on a very old site a few years ago ( no locks on anything ) and we used victim sized tie wraps ( the ones tin knockers use on their flexible duct work ) and our normal tags with no misadventures. People respected the tags without the locks but we did back it up with lots of communication.

Looks like it's made for Diazed/European fuses, not Edison.
It is, but those same folks sell a variety of screw-base sizes, makes me wonder if one would still work.

It is weird that no US manufacturer has latched onto this. I suppose most resi. guys don't worry about LOTO and there ain't enough Edison bases in the commercial market.
