Thing is, they don't list a product number. Maybe they'll mark it as "new and improved" on the package?

Strongest Tip Yet!

Taking Quality to the Next Level

Harder, stronger screwdrivers
As part of an ongoing effort to ensure the highest quality products, our engineers have identified a new blend of steel for our Phillips tip and square recess screwdrivers. This hard-hitting new steel was designed to strengthen the tips of our screwdrivers and create a superior level of toughness.

What makes this steel different from before?
While we can't give away all of our secrets, we have increased the steel's durability while reducing the likelihood that your screwdriver will cam out. The end result is an enhanced screwdriver tip that will work harder and last longer than ever before.

Why do screwdrivers cam out?
The biggest reason for a cam out is when the torque driving the screw exceeds a certain amount. Simply put, if you turn the screwdriver faster than the screw can handle, the screwdriver will fall out of place. When that happens, the screwdriver can't do its job, and you can't do yours.

Klein created our new blend of steel to help prevent as many cam outs as possible. The steel recipe creates a durable solution that helps keep the head of a screwdriver solid while you're working through your day. Believe it or not, the smallest irregularities on the tip of your screwdriver can vastly affect its performance. Our steel is strong enough to help prevent those issues.

So what's our steel made of?
Well, sorry, but we can't divulge that information. What is it about McDonald's® French fries that makes our taste buds salivate in ways no other fried potato could dream of? Why does Coke® taste so much different than the myriad of carbonated colas on the market? These feats were accomplished because one fateful day a proprietary recipe was concocted. Imagine the trial and error that went on before those recipes were established.

This is the process to produce a new proprietary screwdriver steel, based on over 156 years of manufacturing expertise, the collective minds of dozens of highly skilled engineers, and miles and miles of raw steel combined with the latest cutting edge technologies and the top notch testing labs. It's the secret blend from Klein that will make every job at any jobsite that much better!

Witness this new proprietary steel for yourself as Klein Tools takes screwdriver quality to the next level.

...since when should a supplier guarantee a product? I emailed Klein directly and got a boiler plate response. Its was a 10-15 dollar tool, it will not break me, but I will not by a Klein nut driver again

If you buy a vacuum from Walmart and the 2nd time you use it it breaks

Do you return it to Walmart or directly to the manufacturer?

Just sayin

I had issues with my Klein drivers a couple years ago, premature wear, etc. Switched to some Milwaukees, tried Greenlees, used Craftsmans, tried a few of my brother's Snap ons, went to Weras 6months ago. Not thrilled with their durability, plus they're a little small for my hands. Hitting the supply house Monday, going to spend about $150 and re-up my love affair with Klein. I'm sorry I left you, I always loved you, I just needed to see what the others were like... Please forgive me

I have this level that I picked up from the supply house: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Klein-Tools-6-in-Electrician-s-Level-9316RESEN/100662401#.UmvSA-Ln-M8 They last about a year or two before the bubble gets wonky. The supply house keeps letting me exchange them when they go bad. I've never had a problem exchanging other Klein tools either when it was obvious the tool wasn't beat on.
I've not had any problems with mine.
Only issue is the screw comes loose. A quick wrap with Teflon tape fixes that.
