Larger hotel projects

Hey guys. i hope this is the right forum for this.

I generally do 90-110 unit hotels. between 50,000 and 100,000K sq foot.

I am now looking at a 160 unit 180,000 compelx with a 4 story parking garage.

I was wondering do you price this one as just a bigger usual hotel or do u add a good bit for the size of it.
