Yes, ive seen it a coulple times on leds with cheap chinese internal ballast for the most part

What kind of arches are we talking about? St. Louis? Feet? Golden?

Second time in a week someone mispells arc lol. Any ARC fault trips ive had to figure out have been the result of improper wiring.

I took all led bulbs out and put regular bulbs in and they don't trip.every light circuit trips when led are in

If you took the led off line and added a bird cage(construction light) are you sure it's not a pieced wire?

How many circuits we talking? Any chance of spliced neutrals at boxes with multiple feeds? If neutral touches ground it will trip as well

Try the lights with incandescents, then with the switches off, then fix the problem.

What make of AFCI? Try a newer version.

Send them back to philips,
Tell em to make something decent !
