Being pushed big time in my company. It's how I got my current job. I turned down their initial offer three months prior to being contacted via LinkedIn. Let's just say, it worked out very well for both of us.bml215 said:Who uses it to "connect" with others in the trade and as a potential way to hire someone.
That is my main goal; connected with employers, and if they need people they see what I am about and can contact me.Being pushed big time in my company. It's how I got my current job. I've noticed a lot of contractors and their decision makers get a real thrill out of subs like me "following" them. If you're looking for a job, it's a good place to take a sneak peek at the boss's resume, and potential coworkers resumes as well. If you're looking to hire someone, you can see their resume, what they deem valuable to pay attention to, etc.bml215 said:That is my main goal; connected with employers, and if they need people they see what I am about and can contact me.
