I'm doing a load calc. for a 16 unit assisted living with electric heating. Do I have to figure each furnace at 100% per 220.51 (without taking into considerations the exception of getting inspectors permission)
or is there a demand factor I'm not finding??

220.60 applies if youve got an AC load also.

100% of the load per unit.
