You can call them "masters' 'overlords',or whatever you want,but if you cannot recognize that our country has been taken over by an evil bunch the want formally professionally trained tradesmen to be just low wage labor and dependent on government for such things as food health care housing,because they want to lock us all out permanently of ever owning our own homes,starting our own businesses,or having enough saved up for retirement .

To them the middle class independent lifestyle wrong,we should never have allowed ordinary folks so much freedom and independence.

So they're doing everything that they can to lower our standard of living by destroying every occupation in the private sector that used to support the majority of the workforce.

They no longer serve us,and they want to keep it that way.

The truth is that the CE/CW program may help lower the standard of living for the existing IBEW JW's. BUT, that is NOT what this discussion is about.

Got a job offer for union CE. I am working non union and it's not going toward a minute of my JM license. It's a little pay cut, about 2 bucks an hour. I will still be able to join the apprentice program once I pass my test and interview.

So my real question is, should I take the pay cut, get my foot in the door, and wait for my test. Or should I just wait til I can go take the test and go straight into apprenticeship? I have 8 months of experience and about 1700 hours.

what is your career goal? is it to be a union electrician? there are so many options in the electrical trade evaluate your goal maybe that will help make your decisions. I assume BNSF is the railroad nothing wrong with that either
