Looking for help with a T-Berd 224

Any of the older....strike that....more experienced fellows on here know anything about a T-Berd 224 ?

Wondering if anyone might have any old documentation or tips.

Trying to troubleshoot a T-1 coming off from a (private) microwave link
radio
