A backstab that didn't hold when the device is pulled out?

Or an energized wire?

Or a blue Carlon nail-on box?

Or the sick yellow paint?

None of that in my house. My Dad and I wired my home and therefore I know what's in every box.

Just a constant hot sitting there without anything. I went up to the light hoping the same wire wasn't being used but, nope, the red/black were together. No good

But then again they probably saved time by just stabbing it into the receptacle instead of looping them around the screws. So it just probably came loose over time.
