After installing service rated ats, the existing main is now a subpanel. There is an existing SEU range feed. Is my only option to run a new line?

Yes, and relocate the GECs to the ATS and isolate the neutrals from the EGCs at the panel.
Thanks.

I had that all done and I ran some 8/3 from the panel to the power module. When I brought the SEU in I realized I was short 1 wire.
