Question to all of you Professional Electricians: Why they only made these boxes bottom feed with the feed on the left (of load) and do not have the feed on the right? Any logical reason?

Thanks,
Brian

Because the left side is where the feed enters, and is separated from the right with a divider - this allows only the utility to access the unmetered lateral once the meter is sealed.

I know that, but why there is no option for the feed on the right (avoid crossing feed and load conduits situation)?

If you're asking why can't the meter section be on the right, I do not know. We don't manufacture them. You might look into a separate meter and main disconnect, then you can configure it however you like.
