It's super easy to find people to work but they want everything handed to them. They ones that actually learn and want to work are few and far between we usually start our guys out at 9-10$ Starting we offer paid holidays I believe 5 a year pay for apprentice classes and lisence fees

I have a family member who complains because he can't find anybody that:

1. has a DL
2. can pass a background check
3. can pass a drug test
4. can work full time, anytime
5. is dependable
6. is productive

The funny thing is, like you, he pays $10/hr.
