I finding it hard to complete my apprenticeship here in Ontario. I am currently looking for work in the mines or oil sands. Any tips? Do they pick apprentices up?

Pretty rare for most of the mines to hire apprentices and their safety is usually at an all time low. If you must go.....go to the oilsands.

the mines don't usually hire apprentices but the contractors that work on mine sites do!!!
