This is what I have. A ceiling hung transformer. We have EMT coming from the disconnect for the line and EMT from the panel for the load. We are changing over to flex where where our conduits hit the transformer. I would like to know of there is a minimum amount of flex need because of vibration.

I know there is max unsupported lengths, but min not so much. 3 ft or 18 would be fine IMO I can't remember off hand do you even need to use flex? I know it's good practice, but just wondering since I don't have the code in front of me.

It doesn't have to be flex and You can hard pipe into transformers. It's done every day. You won't find it in the code book because it's not there. If the transformer manufacturer specifies something specific then that is what you must do but most don't
