Has anyone taken the SP-SFD Exam in North Carolina? Just wanting to know what to study. I have a JCR Calculations DVD and I bought the 500+ questions but there are a lot of 3 phase transformer and multi-family dwelling questions. I just want to study mainly what's going to be on the test.

I haven't but if you had enough hours in I would skip the SFD and try for the limited. Reason being is you can only do single family dwellings which im sure you know but me personally id like to be able to do small comercial jobs if the chance ever arose

Far as whats on the test, go to the State boards website and find the 800 number to call to get an exam packet. Its free, has the forms you need to submit to take the test and has sample questions for each classification (SFD, limited, Unlimited, etc, etc)
