Had an inspector red tag a commercial service today, his reason was that he said that the available fault current of the poco transformers had to be listed on the meter with some sort of labeling system, the reasoning is to make sure that all down stream breakers are sized properly, which I do agree with him, but he never listed a code article. Anyone know where I my find something pertaining to this in the NEC, I've searched 230 with no luck. Thanks for the help

110.24 is the labeling requirement but 110.9 and 110.10 are the meat and potatoes.
