Okay so I don't have a switch, I have a relay I want to do. I spent some time making a very easy to understand diagram.

Basically, I want the switch to work like this:

ON:
Wire A is DISCONNECTED
Wire B is CONNECTED
Wire C is CONNECTED

OFF:
Wire A is CONNECTED
Wire B is DISCONNECTED
Wire C is DISCONNECTED

All three wires are POSITIVE. basically, I need power to wires B and C if ON, and if OFF then I need power only to wire A.

Actually I already have all that covered. I just need to wire it like so. Didn't need to ask more complicated things, but if you're wondering this is for automotive wiring, and

A: original wiring
B: has a resistor
C: wired to alternate relay

However, this is irrelevant to the original post and thus would only confuse things, which is why I did not include that info.

You don't need to know anything but:

connect one, disconnect two (with one switch), and vice-versa for on.

I'm not trying to "cut out the electrician". This is a private project. And certainly it's not possible for anyone to die unless I planted a bomb. I wish people here would act more like professionals instead of posting like it's Reddit.
