Hi everyone,
I am rewiring a kitchen as part of a renovation project. I need to choose a countertop receptacle for the spot where the homeowner is hoping to be able to plug in a toaster and a coffeemaker.

You need to keep in mind that there is a lot to be added to the breaker panel during this reno.**Will you recommend a 5‐15R split circuit
receptacle in accordance with code rule 26712, or a 5‐20R receptacle in accordance with code rule 26724‐B?

Please help me... I am in confusion

Hire a licensed electrician.

He'll save your sanity and your wallet.

Electrical damage happens faster than ANY human on this planet can react to.

You know if you aren't properly licensed for electrical work you are opening yourself up for sever legal penalties.

Hire a licensed, a student does not an electrician make!

Is a licensed electrician on site with you ? if so they should able help you to guide ya to correct answer on that.
