Hi there,

I work as an electrician in the Santa Clara County, CA area.

I am also involved developing Electrical applications for Android phones and iPhone.

An electrician coworker recommended this site as a good place to hear about practical issues.

Will probably mostly be reading other posts in the near term.

Welcome,
I used to do a lot of work in your area before I relocated to Texas in 2005. I have to say I do find myself missing California from time to time. It's too bad it's so expensive to live there.

Hey how is the work picture up there in Norcal.... I'm from SD, we always hear that there is work up north when it is dry here, I was just curious as to what someone who actually lives there has to say about it... Im new to the site.

I agree with Tool 5150, slow with bursts of busy. Picking
up SLIGHTLY, but it is not going great guns by any means.
