Hi everyone I am posting from the UK where I am a college tutor in electrical installation, wiring regulations and testing, I came across this forum searching for USA electrical terminology, I have a course to do for some of your guys at an American airbase over here and wanted to get some idea of cross reference to help them with the uk terms, I would be grateful for replies on the following or confirmation where I have guessed, many thanks in anticipation, UK terms lefthand

Earthing = Grounding
Equipotential bonding to extraneous metalwork ?
Voltage = Tension
RCD = GFI ?
Circuit Breaker = Circuit Breaker
Consumer Unit = Panel ?
Underground duct = conduit
Supply company = utility?
Domestic = residential ?
Live = hot
Earth electrode = ground electrode
