Patents are very specific. You can't say: "I'm putting a patent a a radio/charger combo". It doesn't work that way. If dewalts charged batteries and somebody made it a different way, that's fine.

It's available for pre-order at www.ohiopowertool.com for $229.04. I don't think I'll be getting one.

What they should make is a toolbox with a kickass radio built into it. I could carry my cordless tools INSIDE the radio...oh...and it should also have a charger for M18 and M12 batteries.
