news Link?Had a substation in Medway, MA burn yesterday as well.
Looks like one of those 345kv to 138kv single phase auto transformers. Certainly could've been worse if people lost power.

"Equipment Failure" and looks like it may be a transformer.
Usually that oil burns pretty hot, going to be a lot of work to be done there!
Wonder if the same thing happened with it as with the other one I heard about from years ago... the fire snuffed itself out once it burned enough oil that the fire was inside the tank.
