Hey wait, what's with the two plumbing street ells on either side? Might this have had clean air piped into it to keep it dry at one time?

No. Clean air? Lol. That's hilarity.

I say that but an old timer said they used air a long long time ago for something in that area.

So is the whole bridge broke now because of the bad limit switch?
Hey wait, what's with the two plumbing street ells on either side? Might this have had clean air piped into it to keep it dry at one time?
I wonder. Seen that a couple times on small motors in critical environments, the whole housing was kept under positive pressure with instrument air.

No the whole bridge is not broken. We don't demo obsolete equipment. We leave it. Most of the time that is.
