The breakers were put in backwards so that the electrons flow in a different direction. This confuses the meter so that the customer pays less in utilities.

The washer is on a 15, but it doesn't actually matter. With FPE, it might as well be a 15,000. Any type of overload or fault will yield the same result......

FPE, the insurance companies balk at underwriting these here.And when you remove cover,half of the circuits get shut off.

You got that right, touch the hot & neutral together all day long and you'll just get sparks, but take off that cover and every breaker in the house shuts off!
